| types of cancer in teenage |
| 01.29.08 (4:07 am) [edit] |
|
Cancer is rare in teens. Certain diseases like breast cancer usually affect adult women - teen girls are unlikely to get this form of cancer. But there are some types that are more likely to occur in teens. Testicular cancer, for example, tends to affect younger guys rather than older men. The types of cancers teens get have one thing in common: cells, the basic components or "building blocks" of the human body. Cancer occurs when cells develop abnormally and grow in an uncontrolled way. Read on to learn more about some types of cancer that teens may get, including warning signs and symptoms and how these cancers can be treated. OsteosarcomaOsteosarcoma (pronounced: os-tee-oh-sar-koh-muh) is the most common type of bone cancer. In teens, it can sometimes appear during their growth spurts. Osteosarcoma affects twice as many guys as girls and tends to show up in people who are taller than average. In most cases, there is no known cause for osteosarcoma. The most common symptoms of osteosarcoma are pain and swelling in an arm or leg that is sometimes accompanied by a lump. Some people have more pain at night or when they exercise, Osteosarcoma is most often found in the bones around the knee but can occur in other bones as well. In some cases, a tumor can spread or metastasize to the lungs and other bones. (Metastasize is the word doctors use when cells from a tumor break away from the original cancer site and travel to a different tissue or organ.) Treatment for osteosarcoma usually involves chemotherapy (medication that kills cancer cells) as well as surgery to remove the tumor. A doctor may perform limb-salvage surgery, where the bone that has cancer is removed and the limb (usually an arm or leg) is saved from amputation by filling the gap with a bone graft or special metal rod. In rare cases, a doctor may need to amputate (remove) part or all of the limb to fight the cancer. Losing a limb can be devastating, especially for teens who are already dealing with body changes. Counseling and physical therapy (also called physical rehabilitation) can both be helpful in this situation. People who have amputations are usually fitted with a prosthesis (pronounced: prahs-thee-sus), or artificial limb. Most teens with a prosthesis are able to return to normal activities - even sports. Most people develop side effects, such as hair loss, bleeding, infections, and heart or skin problems, from medicines used in chemotherapy treatment for osteosarcoma. Chemotherapy may also increase the person's risk of developing other cancers in the future. The good news is that most teens with osteosarcoma do recover. Ewing's SarcomaAnother type of cancer that affects the bone is Ewing's sarcoma. It is similar to osteosarcoma in that it also affects teens and young adults and is usually located in the leg or pelvis. Most teens with Ewing's sarcoma receive chemotherapy as well as surgery. Some patients will also need radiation in addition to or instead of surgery to make sure that remaining cancer cells have been destroyed. Ewing's sarcoma generally responds well to chemotherapy and radiation. Osteosarcoma and Ewing's sarcoma share common risk factors and side effects from treatment. Chances for recovery depend upon where the tumor is located, its size, and whether it has spread. But both types of bone cancer respond well to treatment and are curable in many cases. LeukemiaLeukemia is one of the most common childhood cancers. It occurs when large numbers of abnormal white blood cells called leukemic blasts fill the bone marrow and sometimes enter the bloodstream. Because these abnormal blood cells are defective, they don't help protect the body against infection the way normal white blood cells do. And because they grow uncontrollably, they take over the bone marrow and interfere with the body's production of other important types of cells in the bloodstream, like red blood cells (which carry oxygen) and platelets (which help blood to clot). Leukemia causes problems like bleeding, anemia (low numbers of red blood cells), bone pain, and infections. It can also spread to other places like the lymph nodes, liver, spleen, brain, and the testicles in males. The types of leukemia most likely to occur in teens are acute lymphocytic (pronounced: lim-fuh-sih-tik) leukemia (ALL) and acute myelogenous (pronounced: my-uh-ladj-uh-nus) leukemia (AML). Virtually all people with ALL and AML are treated with chemotherapy, and some also receive stem cell transplants, in which they are given new stem cells from another person. Bone marrow transplants are a common form of stem cell transplantation. Some people also receive radiation. The length of treatment and types of medicine given will vary depending on the type of leukemia. The chances for a cure are very good with certain kinds of leukemia. With treatment, most patients with ALL and many patients with AML are free of the disease without recurrence. Brain TumorsBrain tumors are not common in teens. Two of the most common forms are astrocytomas (pronounced: as-truh-sye-toe-muhz) and ependymomas (pronounced: ep-en-duh-moe-muhz). Astrocytomas are tumors of the brain that originate from cells in the brain called astrocytes. This type of tumor doesn't usually spread outside the brain and spinal cord and doesn't usually affect other organs. Ependymomas are tumors that usually begin in the lining of brain ventricles. The brain has four ventricles, or cavities, that are a pathway for cerebrospinal fluid, a liquid substance that cushions the brain and spine and protects them from trauma. No one knows the exact cause of primary brain cancer. One possibility is that as the brain and spinal cord were forming, a problem with the cells occurred. Treatments vary depending upon the type and location of the tumor. If it is possible to remove a tumor, surgery is usually performed, followed by radiation. Some patients receive chemotherapy as well. The chance of surviving a brain tumor depends on its type, location, and treatment. But there is a very good chance that if the tumor can be removed and additional treatment is given, the cancer can be cured. LymphomaLymphoma refers to cancer that develops in the lymphatic system, which includes the lymph nodes, thymus, spleen, adenoids, tonsils, and bone marrow. The lymph system functions in the body by fighting off germs that cause infection and illness. Most teens with lymphoma have either Hodgkin's disease or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Hodgkin's disease usually occurs in adolescents and young adults. It can show up in lymph nodes in the neck, armpits, chest, or other places. The lymph nodes become enlarged but are usually not painful. Hodgkin's disease is identified by large, unusual cells called Reed-Sternberg cells that are detected under a microscope after a biopsy, a procedure in which a doctor removes a small tissue sample to examine it for cancer cells. Chemotherapy and often radiation are used to treat Hodgkin's disease. Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) is similar to leukemia (ALL) because both involve malignant lymphocytes (pronounced: lim-fuh-sytes), white blood cells found in lymph nodes, and because many of the symptoms of these diseases are the same. NHL is usually treated with chemotherapy. Teens with Hodgkin's disease or NHL who have completed their treatment have an excellent chance for cure. Other CancersOther cancers that teens may get - although they are generally rare - include testicular cancer and rhabdomyosarcomas. Although testicular cancer is actually rare in teen guys, overall it is the most common cancer in males ages 15 to 35. Testicular cancer is almost always curable if it is caught and treated early. Guys should learn how to examine their testicles regularly to detect any abnormal lumps or bumps, which are usually the earliest sign of testicular cancer. Rhabdomyosarcomas (pronounced: rab-doe-my-uh-sar-koe-muhz), or soft tissue sarcomas, are less common cancers that mostly occur in infants, kids, and teens. With these cancers, cancer cells grow in the soft tissues of the skeletal muscles (the body's muscles that a person controls for movement). Though these cancers can occur anywhere in the body, rhabdomyosarcomas most frequently happen within the muscles in the trunk, arms, or legs. The types of treatment used and chances for recovery depend upon where the rhabdomyosarcoma is located and whether the cancer has spread to other areas of the body.

1. Will Durant, American historian: "India was the motherland of our race, and Sanskrit the mother of Europe's languages: she was the mother of our philosophy; mother, through the Arabs, of much of our mathematics; mother, through the Buddha, of the ideals embodied in Christianity; mother, through the village community, of self-government and democracy. Mother India is in many ways the mother of us all". 2. Mark Twain, American author: "India is, the cradle of the human race, the birthplace of human speech, the mother of history, the grandmother of legend, and the great grand mother of tradition. our most valuable and most instructive materials in the history of man are treasured up in India only." 3. Albert Einstein, American scientist: "We owe a lot to the Indians, who taught us how to count, without which no worthwhile scientific discovery could have been made." 4. Max Mueller, German scholar: If I were asked under what sky the human mind has most fully developed some of its choicest gifts, has most deeply pondered on the greatest problems of life, and has found solutions, I should point to India. 5. Romain Rolland, French scholar : "If there is one place on the face of earth where all the dreams of living men have found a home from the very earliest days when man began the dream of existence, it is India." 6. Hu Shih, former Ambassador of China to USA: "India conquered and dominated China culturally for 20 centuries without ever having to send a single soldier across her border." 7. Mark Twain: "So far as I am able to judge, nothing has been left undone, either by man or nature, to make India the most extraordinary country that the sun visits on his rounds. Nothing seems to have been forgotten, nothing overlooked." 8. Keith Bellows, VP - National Geographic Society : "There are some parts of the world that, once visited, get into your heart and won’t go. For me, India is such a place. When I first visited, I was stunned by the richness of the land, by its lush beauty and exotic architecture, by its ability to overload the senses with the pure, concentrated intensity of its colors, smells, tastes, and sounds... I had been seeing the world in black & white and, when brought face-to-face with India, experienced everything re-rendered in brilliant technicolor." 9. Mark Twain: "India has two million gods, and worships them all. In religion all other countries are paupers; India is the only millionaire." 10. A Rough Guide to India: "It is impossible not to be astonished by India. Nowhere on Earth does humanity present itself in such a dizzying, creative burst of cultures and religions, races and tongues. Enriched by successive waves of migration and marauders from distant lands, every one of them left an indelible imprint which was absorbed into the Indian way of life. Every aspect of the country presents itself on a massive, exaggerated scale, worthy in comparison only to the superlative mountains that overshadow it. It is this variety which provides a breathtaking ensemble for experiences that is uniquely Indian. Perhaps the only thing more difficult than to be indifferent to India would be to describe or understand India completely. There are perhaps very few nations in the world with the enormous variety that India has to offer. Modern day India represents the largest democracy in the world with a seamless picture of unity in diversity unparalleled anywhere else."

| 01.23.08 (5:58 am) [edit] |
AIDSNo other word engenders as much fear, revulsion, despair and utter helplessness as AIDS. Despite increased AIDS awareness, the terror persists. AIDS is, in fact, rewriting medical history as humankind's deadliest scourge. With 40 million deaths forecast in this millennium, statistics tell their own sordid tale.
The first recorded sample of HIV was discovered in 1959 in a blood specimen obtained at Leopoldville (now Kinshasa) in the Belgian Congo. This was the first known death chalked up by AIDS. The HIV is thought to have originally affected chimpanzees. The crossover of the virus from animals to humans may have occurred in the 1950s through an accident or a bite.
Intermittently, other theories of its origins have been advanced during the ongoing process of AIDS research. One theory, put forward by Bette Korber, traces the disease to a single viral ancestor that could have emerged between 1910 and 1950. Through an AIDS research analysis done at the Los Alamos National Lab in New Mexico, Korber contends that the pandemic may have come from one or more infected humans around 1930.
Another highly controversial—but plausible—theory is that of American philosopher, Louis Pascal, first spelt out in 1987. All the early AIDS cases originated in the Central African states of Congo, Rwanda or Burundi. This belt was subjected to trials of a live polio vaccine on 300,000 men, women and children.
Pascal argued that the vaccine, which was grown in cultures obtained from chopped up chimpanzee kidneys, may have carried this virus. Polio researcher Dr Albert Sabin had reported that such a batch was contaminated by an unknown virus. In fact, monkeys harbor SIV or simian immunodeficiency virus (SV-40 to be more specific), which is thought to be the ancestor of HIV.
The first cases of AIDS were reported in the United States in 1981, amongst male homosexuals in Los Angeles and New York. Within two decades, up to 50 million may have been infected globally, approximately 22 million have succumbed and nearly 15,000 new infections are said to occur daily. With a definite AIDS cure still in the research stages, an increased AIDS awareness, counseling and alternative therapy treatments seem to offer the only succor.
HIV has two major categories: HIV-1 and HIV-2. HIV-1, which currently has about 10 subtypes, is most common worldwide and the only form found in the US. HIV-2 is less virulent and though currently confined to West Africa—it's spreading.
The Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) basically provokes an infection, which destroys the body's immune system. And AIDS or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome is the advanced stage of this disease, when the immune system becomes irreparably damaged, engendering multiple infections and cancers. A person is considered HIV positive when s/he tests positive for any of the 26 diseases (Kaposi's sarcoma, lymphoma, pulmonary tuberculosis, recurrent pneumonia within a 12-month period, wasting syndrome and other indicators) that can easily invade the body during our immune system's nonfunctionality.
On invading the body, the virus specifically attacks T-cells. A core part of the human defence system, they mobilize other cells to seek and destroy contagious foreign elements besid es leading the immune system's fight against infections. T-cells are targeted because the AIDS virus parasitizes the CD4 molecules on their surface.
With a protective outer shell of proteins and glyco-proteins, the AIDS virus contains genetic information on the inside. Although substantially smaller than the host T-cells—the virus reproduces by sponging off the host's cellular resources! Our body fights back by producing up to two billion new T-cells to replace the infected ones, stabilizing the T-cell count temporarily. Yet from day one, the T-cells fight a losing battle.
The genetic information of the AIDS virus, which is encoded as RNA (ribonucleic acid), needs to be reverse transcripted—which the intruder accomplishes with the help of the host cell itself! The now legible DNA is thereafter randomly transferred into the nucleus. All this is accomplished barely a dozen hours following the infection. By this time, the aggressor begins to substantially weaken the host cell, which eventually dies, eroding the immune system and making the body vulnerable to diseases.
Although HIV targets T-cells and other cells in the body, it thrives mainly in the lymph nodes—another important part of the immune system. Each lymph node has a netlike structure inside it that acts as a protective filter by trapping virus and infected T-cells. But as healthy T-cells move through contaminated lymph nodes, they are infected by HIV. Particularly during the early stage of the disease, lymph nodes contain more infected cells than the blood.
In the early stages, a mild flu and swollen glands are typical. But the symptoms are often unmistakeable when full-blown AIDS develops. Loss of appetite, weight loss, constant fever, prolonged fatigue, diarrhea, constipation, changing bowel patterns, swollen glands, chills coupled with excessive sweating, especially at nights, lesions in the mouth, sore throat, persistent cough, shortness of breath, tumours, skin rashes, headaches, memory lapses, swelling in the joints, pain in various parts of the body, vision problems and a regular feeling of lethargy and ill health make up the litany of symptoms.
With immune systems out of kilter, HIV-positive persons are susceptible to several types of cancer, particularly Kaposi's sarcoma (KS), an uncommon form that occurs under the skin and in the mucus membranes of the eyes, nose and mouth. Affected persons have lesions that appear as dark-coloured raised blotches. Though the lesions are painless, once KS spreads to the lungs, lymph nodes and digestive tract, the victim experiences difficulty in breathing, gastrointestinal bleeding and painful swelling around the lymph nodes, especially in the legs. |

HIV is transmitted primarily by sex (anal, vaginal or oral sex with an infected partner), by injections (sharing contaminated needles for drug use or accidental piercing with a contaminated needle), or from infected mother to child through pregnancy or breast-feeding.
Infected semen and vaginal fluids, infected blood and blood products lead to the transmission of HIV. Drug abuse with unsterilized needles is another high-risk activity. Unprotected sex with multiple partners is the primary cause of infection. During unprotected sex, the infected fluid could enter the bloodstream through a tiny cut or a sore. Anal penetration has a higher risk of transmission, which is why a high percentage of homosexuals develop the disease. Bleeding during sex also raises the chances of infection. Therefore unprotected sex during menstrual periods and anal intercourse are best avoided.
An infected mother can also transmit the virus to her baby before or during birth or through breast milk. Although traces of HIV have been detected in body fluids (saliva, urine, faeces and tears) there is no evidence that HIV spreads through these fluids. Nor is it water-borne, air-borne or transmitted through mosquitoes and other insects.
Some HIV-infected patients progress to AIDS quickly while others can remain healthy for 10 years or more. Between initial infection and full-blown disease, a middle phase called symptomatic HIV infection, or AIDS-related complex (ARC), occurs, prompting symptoms such as weight loss, diarrhea, and swollen lymph glands.
Scientists have recently discovered clues to why some patients develop AIDS quickly. In a study published last March in the journal Science, National Cancer Institute researchers found that inherited genes may set the clock for AIDS progression. Certain gene patterns tend to stave off AIDS, while others promote it. The researchers say the study may help lead to an AIDS-preventive vaccine or improved therapies against the virus.
Gender Differences in the Risk of HIV Infection HIV risk factors among injection drug users (IDUs) differ markedly by gender, according to a 10-year study funded by the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA). A recent study by researchers at the Johns Hopkins University reported that while drug-related risk behaviors and homosexual activity are the most important predictors of HIV seroconversion among males, factors consistent with high-risk heterosexual activities are the main predictors among females. The findings, reported in the May 28 (2001) issue of the Archives of Internal Medicine, provide insight into the relationship between gender and high-risk sexual behaviors in the development of HIV infection.
"Early studies of injection drug users suggested that most HIV infections were due primarily to sharing needles," said NIDA Director Alan I. Leshner, Ph.D. "This study adds to the body of evidence that supports the need for gender-specific interventions in the treatment of that group of drug users."
Between 1988 and 1998, a team of researchers, led by Dr. Steffanie Strathdee at the Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health, examined both drug related and sexual risk factors for HIV transmission in a study of more than 1,800 injecting drug users in Baltimore, Maryland. Study participants were aged 18 or older, did not have an AIDS defining illness at enrollment, and reported a history of illicit injection drug use within the previous 10 years. Through semiannual interviews, researchers collected data on drug use history, sociodemographics, and drug use and sexual behavior within the last 6 months. Blood samples were also obtained at each study visit. Researchers used commercial HIV and antibody ELISA to identify those participants who had become HIV positive since their last visit.
Dr. Strathdee and her colleagues found that the greatest predictor for HIV seroconversion among both male and female IDUs was high-risk sexual behavior. Study findings revealed that male injection drug users who reported recent homosexual activity were four times more likely to become infected with HIV.
Among females, indicators of high-risk heterosexual activity outweighed needle-sharing behaviors as independent predictors of HIV seroconversion. HIV incidence was more than two times higher among women who reported recently having sex with another injection drug user.
Another common predictor of HIV seroconversion observed by researchers among both male and female IDUs was younger age. Investigators found that IDUs who were aged 30 or younger at enrollment were more than twice as likely to seroconvert than those aged 40 or older.
"This is consistent with several reports which indicate that younger IDUs are more likely to engage in needle sharing and other behaviors that place them at higher risk of acquiring HIV and hepatitis B or C viruses," stated Dr. Strathdee.
While AIDS is a high-risk disease it can be prevented if proper precautions are taken and greater awareness meted out to those who are ignorant of the virus and its repercussions on the human body. Here we have listed a few measures which can be adopted by everyone inorder to stave off the insidious entry of HIV.
• Prevention is still the best bet. Promiscuous sexual behavior can leave a person highly susceptible to contracting the virus. Where abstinence is not possible, always use latex condoms. The female condom can also help protect both partners. Use only water-based lubricants. Oil lubricants (such as Vaseline) might even tear latex condoms. Use spermicidal (birth control) foams and jellies in addition to condoms. By themselves, spermicides may not be effective in preventing HIV. • Avoid alcohol or drugs during sex, you might lose control of your senses and engage in unsafe sex. Stick to safer sex practices at all times and avoid having multiple partners. Practice monogamy. If this is a tall order, serial relationships are a lesser evil than multiple ones.
• High-risk sexual behavior should be avoided at all costs. These include: oral genital sex involving contact with semen or vaginal fluids, oral anal sex, vaginal sex without a condom, anal sex sans a condom (active or passive), fisting or manual anal intercourse, the sharing of sex toys, using saliva for lubrication and blood contact of any kind during performance. If unable to resist oral sex, use a dental dam. If a woman is infected, avoid sex during the menses as menstrual blood is infectious
• For transfusions, use disposable syringes and needles. Ensure you get blood that is screened and certified as HIV-free. Better still, get blood from close family members rather than professional donors whose medical antecedents are nebulous.
• The presence of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) increases the risk of contracting HIV from an infected partner. STDs could cause breaks in the skin of the vagina, penis or anus permitting the virus to enter your bloodstream. If you ever contract an STD of any kind, ensure you get prompt treatment.
• The CDC recommends that an HIV-positive woman should not breast-feed her baby. The infant should be given AZT for the first several weeks to substantially reduce the risk of infection.
Say 'AIDS' and dime-a-dozen misconceptions abound. The chart topper is that AIDS is supposedly a disease of gay men and intravenous drug users. The facts are otherwise. No doubt in the early years many HIV-positive cases were reported amongst the Western gay community. In recent years, however, prevalence rates among gays have leveled off. Instead, heterosexual transmission has been forging ahead of all other modes of transmission.
The AIDS virus is NOT contracted through touching, hugging, kissing, massage, sharing toilet seats, drinking or eating from utensils used by an infected person or any other mode of casual contact. Nor does working, socialising and living with infected people cause the disease.
Repeated sexual contact without proper precautions with an infected person, using an infected syringe, exposure to infected blood or sexual fluids are ways through which the disease can be transmitted.
Donating blood also does not run the risk of disease contraction since needles used for such purposes are always sterile. Since the AIDS virus is unable to survive outside the human body beyond a short duration, dried blood is not infectious For this reason, mosquitoes are incapable of transmitting HIV as the virus cannot replicate itself in the intestine of insects.
Although medical personnel are potentially at risk from infection, this is minimal if protective gear such as gloves, masks and goggles are always used when handling potentially infected material.
The Elusive Cure The large-scale infections and deaths have spurred a spate of worldwide efforts for a cure. In the US, however, AIDS cases are said to be dropping and new infections leveling off. Mortality from AIDS is also dropping.
In the developing countries, though, the cases continue to rise alarmingly. Globally, three million died in the year 2000, with 5.3 million newly infected people, 95 percent of whom might die.
Many scientists, doctors and researchers contend that AIDS is not a new disease, having been around much longer than people believe. Dr. Robert Willner—author of Deadly Deception: The Proof That Sex and HIV Absolutely Do Not Cause AIDS—asserts that HIV is not the cause of AIDS. He claims that nearly 500 hundred top scientists of the world have challenged the hypothesis of Robert Gallo—who patented the HIV test the day after the AIDS virus was discovered—that HIV is the precursor of AIDS.
Besides other telling facts, the dissenters want to know how one can explain HIV-free AIDS cases, of which there are said to be nearly 5,000 on record.
Dr. Frank Shallenberger, a licensed medical and homeopathic practitioner, says that statistics are only a correlation—not a result—that HIV is one cause of AIDS, citing the fact that some AIDS victims do not have HIV antibodies. Dr. Shallenberger considers AIDS a multifactorial disease that strikes when the immune system is down.
The search for a cure, also brings to light other interesting facets. African chimpanzees have been harboring the simian equivalent of the AIDS virus for centuries, according to detailed studies conducted by researches at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Why don't the chimps succumb to the virus?
Says Dr. Anthony Fauci from the National Institutes of Health: "There must be something about the chimp's immune system or some host defense system that is doing a very good job of containing the virus. If we find that out we may be able to extrapolate to humans."
Chimpanzees being the closest living relatives of humans, their DNA differs from human DNA by less than two percent. Adds Dr. Fauci: "It's entirely conceivable that the very small genetic differences between the chimp and the human will explain why the chimpanzee does not get sick and the human does." |

Are you worrying too much? Are you feeling like a crying baby? Do you want to get rid of your anxiety disorder and panic attacks? Here are some simple steps to do so. First you must recognize that you are victim of anxiety disorder and want to take concrete steps to get rid of the same. Here is how you can do it. 1. Recognize main source of your anxiety. Dig yourself as inner as possible and find out honest answer. Are you worried about your financial situation? Are you worried about behavior of your spouse? See sometimes what happen when you think you are getting anxious about your financial situation but real source of your worry is lost of status or hurt of ego.
2. Here is example Mr. XYZ thinking he is getting panic attack because of financial insecurity or job security but main reason behind worry may be not financial insecurity but not getting enough increment and promotion (Status). So Mr. XYZ may be financially secure but insecure about promotion
3. Don’t think too much and give your mind some rest. Left some thing on time instead of worry about it in advance. Means may be you are getting anxious about your promotion that it may happen or not but why should worry about it in advance. Just do work hard to get it and let time come about promotion
4. Don’t let anxiety take control of yourself. Cut every anxious thought in it third cycle. Means if you are worrying about your financial status its ok. You are thinking about financial status of tomorrow or next month its ok but if you are thinking about next six month or next year you must not do it just cut the thought
5. Meaning of anxiety disorder is you are thinking very long about any issue in very much advance. Means you are thinking about not the problem you are going to face next day but may be of next six month or year and off course it may be real or imaginary. But even you think your problem is real, why worry about it in so much advance just work hard to get rid of root of your real or imaginary problem
6. Instead of worry about your problem just work hard so you don’t have to face problem because you have time to do so. You have 3 months or 6 months or may be life to get rid of your worry. Always keep in mind thought of fear is always bigger then fear or problem itself
7. Never take decision when you feel very much anxious about anything. Just give sometime to relieve your self. Do some meditation and when mind is clear of anxiety then explore all options and take decision
8. Simple living and high thinking is best way to get rid of anxiety disorder. Minimize your needs and maximize your vision and work hard to achieve it. Generally anxiety disorder grabs the people who demand so much luxury from life instead of having clear vision to do something concrete.
9. Always hope for best and ready for worst. Generally most of people who are victim of anxiety disorder because of money related insecurities so make habit of savings and at least be financially secure .
10. Make habit of instead of worry about problem just sort out it. Means some people just worry about work load that how much work load they have and how much……. But instead of thinking about work load just start to do work one by one , clear it and be free.
11. Most important step to stay away from anxiety disorder is instead of worry about anything just make habit of planning things in advance as much as possible and so you will able to minimize surprises in life and so very few panic attacks.
12. Never underestimate power of medication and take help of professional physiologist if you think panic attacks are getting unbearable because change your attitude may take time and in between medication will help great

Prithviraj Chauhan has always been a name familiar to students of Indian history. His exploits still crop up in school textbooks. Residents of Ajmer speak of him reverently, centuries after his time. Now, introducing this ruler to a whole new generation is a television series called Prithviraj Chauhan. A primer on the courageous raja. Who was he? Prithviraj III was born around 1168 to King Someshwara Chauhan and his wife Karpuravalli. They belonged to the Rajput Chauhan dynasty, and were rulers of a kingdom in north India. The Chauhans traced their origins to the rulers of Sapadlaksh province and, according to legend, Ajmer was founded by their ancestor Ajaipal Chauhan in the early sixth century. Why is he famous? He succeeded to the throne in 1179, while still a minor, with his mother acting as regent. He ruled for 13 years from the twin capitals of Ajmer and Delhi, and there are a whole lot of glorious feats attributed to him -- such as his defeat of the king of Gujarat. Most legendary, however, is the tale of his elopement with Sanyogita. Who was sanyogita? The daughter of Jai Chandra, the Gahadvala king of Kannauj. He was a neighbouring ruler who constantly conspired against Prithviraj on account of the latter's ascending popularity. Things went downhill when Prithviraj eloped with his daughter. Worse, he ran away with her during her swayamvar, where she was to pick a husband, and where his name had been deliberately omitted from the list of invitees. According to the famous Prithviraj Raso, an epic poem composed by Prithviraj's court poet Chand Bardai, Sanyogita preferred to garland a statue of Prithviraj in the latter's absence. He promptly turned up and whisked her away. See why he's still popular? What else did the king do? Quite a bit, actually. He conquered several neighbouring kingdoms for a start, and consolidated control of his kingdom, making it one of north India's leading realms. He recaptured Delhi from the Tomara Rajputs, campaigned against the Chandela Rajputs of Bundelkhand, and went on to rule much of present-day Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Punjab. He is also revered because of his famous battle with the Afghan invader Mohammad Ghori towards the end of the twelfth century. Apparently, after his army defeated Ghori's, Prithviraj let the Afghan go despite being warned not to. That story can't have a good ending. It doesn't. Ghori returned a year later. Prithviraj sent him a letter reminding him of how he had spared his life, and asked him to leave. Ghori said he was waiting for his brother's orders to do so, and moved his camp back a few kilometres. Knowing that Rajputs didn't fight by night, he suddenly attacked in the early hours, taking Prithviraj's army by surprise. Prithviraj was defeated in what is known as the Second Battle of Tarain, and died a heroic death.

| Could the 'Nano' launch a revolution on India's roads? |
| 01.18.08 (2:15 am) [edit] |

This week's Indian Auto Expo, the Tata Nano was greeted like a rock star. Boys elbowed aside mothers and old men, drawing their cellphone cameras as though they had spotted Britney Spears, rather than the toaster on training wheels that the Nano more nearly resembles. "It is a revolution," one said. "It is a real achievement," added another. To all, it was proof in gleaming steel that India's engineers could do what was thought impossible: design a $2,500 car that does not require home assembly or a giant windup key. Also amid the throng was Mohammed Yameen. Unlike the others, he had no designer zip-up sweater or polished shoes. He had a dirty chest-length beard, a blue jacket turned brown by dust, and is missing a few teeth. Yet he also had a smile that lasted minutes. In broken English, he exclaimed: "I want this car." The miracle of the Nano is that, when it becomes available to the public this autumn, he might be able to have it. In a country still emerging from the notion of caste, where status is keenly felt and now often defined by one's possessions, the car has become one of the ultimate measuring sticks dividing the haves from the have-nots. The Nano suggests that might no longer be the case. "It is a giant symbol," says Dipankar Gupta, a sociologist at Jawaharlal Nehru University here. "The wannabe motorcar owners have become gotta-be motorcar owners." Is it safe? Compared with a Volvo S80, probably not. Is it reliable? Who knows, but it probably won't take any J.D. Power awards from Honda. Yet for tens of millions of Indians, the question is: "Is it better than the scooter that I have had for eight years and fixed so many times that I am now using spare parts from my ceiling fan to hold it together?" The answer, it would seem, is a categorical "Yes." Indian roads are circuses of elephants, death-defying traffic maneuvers, and attempts to wedge as many cars across a three-lane road as Newtonian physics will permit. At the center of this carnival is the consummate Cirque du Soleil act: a family of four on a scooter. As Tata's chairman, Ratan Tata, pointed out while unveiling the Nano, it is a ubiquitous sight: a young child standing in the footwell holding the handlebars, a father driving, and a mother behind (riding sidesaddle in her flowing sari, of course), holding an infant. By this measure, the Nano could be a quantum leap forward in safety and reliability. Despite the much touted economic boom, only 0.8 percent of Indians own a car. And of all the vehicles sold in India from April to November of last year, 77 percent were two-wheelers – motorcycles, mopeds, or scooters. Mr. Yameen says he came to the Auto Expo on a two-wheeler, and as he looks at the Nano, he says, breathlessly wide-eyed: "Very beautiful." Even among those more well heeled than Yameen, the Nano draws raves. "This is beyond expectation. It is going to make a revolution," says Pratishtha Dipathi, a well-dressed young woman. Economists, however, question whether such a car can be profitable with such low profit margins: The day Tata unveiled the Nano, for example, its stock fell 6 percent. In principle, though, Mr. Tata is attempting to do something akin to what Henry Ford did with his Model T. Rather than waiting for more of the population to rise economically to the point where they can buy a car, he has used his company's engineering know-how to reinvent what a car can be. He hopes to turn a profit by sheer volume, tapping into those untapped, poorer reaches of the Indian market. It is a quintessentially Indian idea. For decades, Indian technology has been focused more on practicality than pomp, hoping its use will help the country's poor. The country's space program, for example, has long concerned itself only with helping farmers and schools through weather and communications satellites. Now, the country has a car to carry on the tradition, and its people below the famous-but-still-small upper-middle class are cheering. Says Professor Gupta: "These are the people who are really excited by it." At t

| Live A Tension Free Life Through Daily Relaxation |
| 01.18.08 (1:59 am) [edit] |
Stress or strain is one of the biggest problems of modern times. Everyone suffers more or less from this problem, not only physically but also mentally. Stress can make your life miserable. The only way to overcome it is to learn how to relax.
Though the experts don’t usually advise this, watching television may be a way to help you relax. Of course, it could be that when you are watching television your mind gets stimulated in many ways. There are commercials, ads and many other things that keep your mind busy. So television may not always be counted as a very useful medium to get relaxed. Of course there are many other methods that will both relieve stress and keep you relaxed.
Experts are of the opinion that heart disease and bad temper are direct results of stress. Too much stress can be the reason for ischemia which leads to a heart attack. So relaxation is necessary for everyone. Relaxation is the most important way to keep yourself healthy both physically and mentally.
Transcendental meditation is one way to get relaxed. Research has shown that TM can even check blocked arteries, which is considered to be one of the main causes of heart attack and stroke. This type of meditation includes whispering soft sounds repeatedly when you are meditating. You can achieve complete relaxation in this way. People who practice daily transcendental meditation can considerably reduce the thickness of the arterial wall.
Acupuncture, another way to relax, is also capable of controlling high blood pressure. This process helps to facilitate the release of endorphins. Endorphins are chemical compounds which are known to help relax muscles, ease panic and alleviate stress.
Another excellent way to be tension-free is to practice yoga. Both yoga and acupuncture give almost similar results. An experimental study was conducted to see how the process of yoga works. In this study the participants were put through mental stress for a few minutes. Then different relaxation methods were used to lower the level of stress like listening to calming natural sounds or classical music. The participants who did yoga took less time to get back their blood pressures to normal.
There are various techniques of breathing that can help you feel less tense. Deep, conscious breathing is an easy and effective way to feel relaxed. If done properly, rhythmic breathing works by providing a soothing effect on us. You can feel the results very quickly.
You can do also do some undemanding exercises. Just exercise for a half-hour. It will lessen your irritation and stress level. Generally exercises are used mainly to lose weight but exercise can also be used to lessen nervous tension. Exercise should be combined with another relaxation method.
Massage is a truly magical stress-reducer. Go to a professional physical therapist and you can experience the miraculous power of message! Different types of massage achieve different levels of relaxation.
Biofeedback can also be used to reduce tension. Usual a biofeedback-training program needs several 10-hour sessions every other week.
Drugs are considered the very last option for relaxation. Only after you have tried all other methods of relaxation should you think about drugs as a solution. Drugs can have serious side effects so if someone needs to take drugs, it should only be under a doctor’s supervision.
Sometimes all you want from a relaxation procedure is only to chill out. Besides releasing stress, relaxation is important to keep blood pressure under control and to reduce the chances of a stroke or heart attack. Stress weakens our immune system by producing hormones. The immune system works far more efficiently after relaxation.
Relaxation also controls our emotions. These emotions are caused by the actions that take place inside the brain’s limbic system. The right hand side of your brain needs more activity from time to time. Relaxation helps the brain in this area.
You really can have a stress-free, healthy life if you choose your relaxation technique wisely. Just be sure to choose a way that suits you and your lifestyle and be sure to do it regularly.

| BEGINNING OF CHRITIANITY |
| 01.14.08 (3:40 am) [edit] |
With the coming of Christianity there was NOT the immediate mass- conversion that is often suggested. Christianity was a man-made religion.
It had not evolved gradually over thousands of years, as we have seen that the Old Religion did. Whole countries were classed as Christian when in actuality it was only the rulers who had adopted the new religion, and often only superficially at that. Throughout Europe generally the old religion, in its many and varied forms, was still prominent for the first thousand years of Christianity.

An attempt at mass conversion was made by Pope Gregory the Great. He thought that one way to get the people to attend the new Christian churches was to have them built on the sites of the older temples, where the people were accustomed to gathering together to worship. He instructed his bishops to smash any "idols" and to sprinkle the temples with holy water and rededicate them. To a large extent Gregory was successful. Yet the people were not quite as gullible as he thought. When the first Christian churches were being constructed, the only artisans available to build them were from among the pagans themselves. In decorating the churches these stonemasons and woodcarvers very cleverly incorporated figures of their own deities. In this way, even if they were forced to attend the churches the people could still worship their own gods there.

There are many of these figures still in existence today. The Goddess is usually depicted as very much a fertility deity, with legs spread wide and with greatly enlarged genitalia. Such figures are usually referred to as Shiela-na-gigs. The god is shown as a horned head surrounded by foliage; known as a "foliate mask", and also sometimes referred to as "Jack of the Green" or "Robin o' the Woods". Incidentally these carvings of the old God should not be confused with gargoyles. The latter are the hideous faces and figures carved on the four corners of church towers to frighten away demons.

In those early days, when Christianity was slowly growing in strength, the Old Religion - the Wiccans and other pagans - was one of its rivals. It is only natural to want to get rid of a rival and the Church, pulled no punches to do just that. It has frequently been said that the gods of an old religion become the devils of a new. This was certainly the case here. The God of the Old Religion was a horned god. So, apparently, was the Christians Devil. Obviously then, reasoned the Church the pagans were Devil worshipers! This type of reasoning is used by the Church even today. Missionaries were particularly prone to label all primitive tribes upon who they stumbled upon as devil-worshipers, just because the tribe worshiped a god or gods other than the Christian one. It would not matter that the people were good, happy, often morally and ethically better living than the vast majority of Christians... they had to be converted!

The charge of Devil-worship, so often leveled at Witches, is ridiculous. The Devil is purely Christian invention; there being no mention of him, as such, before the New Testament. In fact it is interesting to note that the whole concept of evil associated with the Devil is due to an error in translation.
The original Old Testament Hebrew Ha-Satan and the New Testament Greek diabolos simply mean "opponent" or :"adversary". It should be remembered that the idea of dividing the Supreme Power into two - good and evil - is the idea of an advanced and complex civilization. The Old Gods, through their gradual development, were very much "human" in that they would have their good side and their bad side. It was the idea of an all-good, all-loving deity which necessitated an antagonist. In simple language, you can only have the color white if there is an opposite color, black, to which you can compare it. This view of an all-good god was developed by Zoroaster (Zarathustra), in Persia in the seventh century BCE. The idea later spread westward and was picked up in Mithraism and, later, in Christianity.

As Christianity gradually grew in strength, so the Old Religion was slowly pushed back. Back until, about the time of the Reformation, it only existed in the outlying country districts. Non- Christians at that time became known as Pagans and Heathens. "Pagan" comes from the Latin Pagani and simply means "people who live in the country". The word "Heathen" means "one who dwells on the heath". So the terms were appropriate for non- Christians at that time, but they bore no connotations of evil and their use today in a derogatory sense is quite incorrect.

As the centuries passed, the smear campaign against non-Christians continued. What the Wiccans did was reversed and used against them. They did Magic to promote fertility and increase the crops; the Church claimed that they made women and cattle barren and blighted the crops! No one apparently stopped to think that if the Witched really did what they were accused of, they would suffer equally themselves, After all, they too had to eat to live. An old ritual act for fertility was for the villagers to go to the fields in the light of the full moon and to dance around the field astride pitchforks, poles and broomsticks; riding them like hobby-horses. They would leap high in the air as they danced, to so the crops how high to grow. A harmless enough form of sympathetic Magic. But the Church claimed not only that they were working against the crops, but that they actually flew through the air on their poles...surely the work of the Devil!

In 1484 Pope Innocent VIII produced his Bull against Witches. Two years later two infamous German monks, Heinrich Institoris Kramer and Jakob Sprenger, produced their incredible concoction of anti-Witchery, the Malleus Maleficarum (The Witch Hammer). In this book definite instructions were given for the prosecution of Witches. However, when the book was submitted to the Theological Faculty of the University of Cologne - the appointed censor at that time - the majority of the professors refused to have anything to do with it. Kramer and Sprenger, nothing daunted forgot the approbation of the whole faculty; a forgery that was not discovered until 1898.

Gradually the hysteria kindled by Kramer and Sprenger began to spread. It spread like a fire flashing up suddenly in unexpected places; spreading quickly across the whole of Europe. For nearly three hundred years the fires of the persecution raged, Humankind had gone mad. The inhabitants of entire villages where one or two Witches were suspected of living, were put to death with the cry: "Destroy them all...the Lord will know his own!". In 1586 the Archbishop of Treves decided that the local Witches had caused the recent severe winter. By dint of frequent torture a "confession" was obtained and one hundred twenty men and women were burned to death on his charge that they had interfered with the elements.

Since fertility was of great importance - fertility of crops and beasts - there were certain sexual rites enacted by the Wicca, as followers of the nature religion. These sexual rites seen to have been given unnecessary prominence by the Christian judges, who seemed to delight in prying into the most minute of details concerning them. The rites of the Craft were joyous in essence. It was an extremely happy religion and so was, in many ways, totally incomprehensible to the gloomy Inquisitors and Reformers who sought to suppress it.
A rough estimate of the total number or people burned, hung or tortured to death on the charge of Witchcraft, is nine million. Obviously not all of these were followers of the Old Religion. This had been a wonderful opportunity for some to get rid of anyone against whom they bore a grudge! An excellent example of the way in which the hysteria developed and spread is found in the case of the so-called Witches of Salem, Massachusetts. It is doubtful if any of the victims hung* there were really followers of the Old Religion. Just probably Bridget Bishop and Sara Good were, but the others were nearly all pillars of the local church up until the time the hysterical children "cried out" on them.

* In New England the law was in in England: Witches were hung. It was in Scotland and Continental Europe that they were burned at the stake.

| HISTORY OF HINDUISM |
| 01.13.08 (5:19 am) [edit] |
|
Hinduism is the oldest and most complex of all religious systems. Providing an adequate history for the development of Hinduism is difficult, since it has no specific founder or theology and originated in the religious practices of Aryan tribes who moved to India from central Asia more than three thousand years ago. The Aryans attacked the Harappan people who lived in modern day India around 1500 BC. Eventually, through adaptation to the religious beliefs of the other, both groups developed similar religious belief systems, founded on the polytheism of the Aryans and the sanctity of fertility of the Harappans. Soon, the predominantly Aryan society developed the caste system, which ranked society according to occupational class. The caste system is as follows: Brahmins priests Kshatriyas soldiers, king-warrior class Vaishyas merchants, farmers, Sutras laborers, craftspeople Harijahns "untouchables"- those thought to be descended from the Harappan aboriginal people-extremely poor and discriminated against The higher a person's caste, the more that person is blessed with the benefits and luxuries life has to offer. Although the caste system was outlawed in 1948, it is still important to the Hindu people of India and is still recognized as the proper way to stratify society. Since the early days of Hinduism, it has branched and now encompasses a wide variety of religious beliefs and religious organizations. Not only is it the primary religion of the region around India, but portions of Hindu beliefs have found their way across oceans to other countries and have been influential in the foundations of other religions, such as Transcendental Meditation and Buddhism

| Why Girl’s Always Wait….So That Guys Propose Them First …. |
| 01.12.08 (3:58 am) [edit] |
Good Morning Readers,
Its been really very colorful Sunday morning and am enjoying my coffee with my campus magazine. Well today as it was quite nice weekend so I did a survey about ” Why girl’s always wait…..So that guys propose them first ??? “
Its great that I got quite good response and I would like to share some interesting survey answers with my visitors. I hope visitors will enjoy this post…. ” My experience about my love was quite different….but yep its true girl’s hardly express their feelings while they start loving someone. But if two person love each other then guys automatically should understand that the girl start loving him. And you can very easily understand when a girl cares for your feelings. But its become tradition that girl’s always wait for guys to propose them first. I don’t know why we do this. May be according to me its just going like this for years and years. I myself waited for my husband to propose me for marriage for quite long three years. I really don’t know why I didn’t propose him first…..Just it wasn’t happen ha ha…” ” That’s a tripical question…Yep I hardly saw any girl who dare to express their feelings before from the other hand a boy propose them first. I think the reason probably girls are very shy by born in nature. May be that’s why they scare of proposing the love of her life. I couldn’t express my feelings to the love of my life and I waited for his propose for long long years. I guess he also understand my feelings for him but somehow he didn’t propose me. And I was one of those girls who hide their feelings inside them about love. See the result Samiha, I am still single and missing the love of my life. It was better if I could tell my feelings for him So that at least I could clear myself whether he loves me or not….” \

It has been found that only .12 percent of world GDP would be needed to stave off the harmful effects of climate change. Echoing the Stern Report it shows that the only thing we should be afraid of is doing nothing. The report focused on economic changes that need to be made, pointing out that emissions must start declining by the year 2015 to prevent the world’s temperature from rising more than 2 degrees Celsius over pre-industrialized temperatures. (a scenario that would be catastrophic)
Read the summary for policy makers here (doc)
While some governments try to delay action, the switch to a cleaner and more efficient energy system is already underway, according to a new report from WWF.
A new briefing from the global conservation organization, Stop Climate Change: It Is Possible highlights 15 ways in which people, business and governments work with WWF to reduce CO2 emissions and help slow global warming.
The report highlights initiatives from around the world, ranging from India to Brazil, that save energy and reduce carbon pollution.
In Thailand, a new law encourages the clean production of energy from biofuel plants that will feed into the electricity grid. Elsewhere, major businesses have signed up for WWF’s Climate Savers programme and are actively reducing their carbon emissions. And in the UK a new campaign shows that people can simply unplug their phone chargers to cut standby power consumption.
“Taking action brings real savings and other benefits to consumers and businesses while preventing dangerous climate change,” says Hans Verolme, Director of WWF’s Global Climate Change Programme. “The planet is running a fever and people are working with WWF to cool it - global warming is costing us dearly already but by acting now we can avoid future calamities.”
The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change’s (IPCC’s) third working group, meeting in Bangkok today, showed that the cost of doing nothing about global warming is far higher than the cost of cleaning up our economies.
The WWF has said that to stay below a dangerous rise in temperature of 2°C the world needs to reduce global CO2 emissions by over 50 per cent by the middle of this century. Independent economic assessments have confirmed that this pays off. A claim backed up in todays report.
“We have all the technological and economic tools available today - governments now need to implement clean energy solutions and remove the obstacles that still prevent their break-through,” says Dr Stephan Singer, Head of WWF’s European Climate Change Program and expert reviewer of the report by IPCC Working Group III. “The facts are clear - preventing climate change is the best deal for the global economy, so why are we still waiting?”

Life is fraughtless ... when you're thoughtless." There are still a few non-conference games tucked into the PAC-10 "round robin" (where most of the PAC-10 teams will face all nine of the others). For instance, hapless Notre Dame (who has scored just one touchdown in three games this season while allowing over 100 points) has three games against PAC-10 schools, and Washington State will travel to Hawaii in December.
Whomever wins the PAC-10 will certainly be deserving of that Bowl Championship Series (BCS) berth. And one can argue that the PAC-10 runner-up also deserves a berth in a BCS bowl as well. Otherwise we'll renew our grievances against the "Broken Computer System". I suspect even mountain runner would agree with that!

| side effects of love marriage |
| 01.11.08 (4:10 am) [edit] |
Not all the love stories in love marriages have happy endings. In love marriages you come to know each other quite well, as you get to spend time with each other, fall in love, and then decide to get married. Although there is other side of the coin too, which I believe is very true. Staying with a person under the same shelter requires lot of adjustments, patience and understanding from both. Even after you spend hours with each other, situation after marriage is totally different.
In love marriages there is nothing new to discover which at times may end up making your life boring. When two people are in love, they are at their best to impress each other. They behave, they talk and they wear what the other person likes. It is after marriage that you get to know the person behind the mask. On the other hand there are couples who are still discovering each other even after several years of their marriage. This is the actual beauty of a relationship where everyday you discover a new thing about your partner.
Love or arranged both are based on empathy, responsibility, commitment, love and concern. It's not just about initial love and attraction it needs a lot of dedication and effort to sustain a marriage. So there is nothing like an ideal marriage it's all about the way you perceive your marriage. After all you should be happy with your life partner irrespective of love or arranged marriage.

| Differences between "somebody you Love" and "somebody you Like" |
| 01.06.08 (5:55 am) [edit] |
In front of the person you love, your heart beats faster
But in front of the person you like, you get happy.
In front of the person you love, winter seems like spring
But in front of the person you like, winter is just beautiful winter.
If you look into the eyes of the one you love, you blush
But if you look into the eyes of the one you like, you smile.
In front of the person you love, you can't say everything on your mind
But in front of the person you like, you can.
In front of the person you love, you tend to get shy
But in front of the person you like, you can show your own self.
You can't look straight into the eyes of the one you love
But you can always smile into the eyes of the one you like.
When the one you love is crying, you cry with them
But when the one you like is crying, you end up comforting.
The feeling of love starts from the eye
But the feeling of like starts from the ear.
So if you stop liking a person you used to like, all you need to do is
cover your ears.
But if you try to close your eyes, love turns into a drop of tear and
remains in your heart forever ...

And the final one -- Author and lecturer Leo Buscaglia once talked about a contest he was asked to judge.
The purpose of the contest was to find the most caring child.
The winner was a four year old child whose next door neighbor was an elderly gentleman who had recently lost his wife.
Upon seeing the man cry, the little boy went into the old gentleman's yard, climbed onto his lap, and just sat there.
When his Mother asked what he had said to the neighbor, the little boy said,
" Nothing, I just helped him cry "

| 2007 is slipping away!!!! |
| 01.01.08 (1:09 am) [edit] |
Think friends just think.... 2007 is about to leave us for ever...
it will NEVER come back again...NEVER... We will never be able to serve 2007 again till we are alive even for the next 100 years!!
so seize each minute of it, capture every seconds that remains in 2007.... enjoy them...enjoy every single moment of 2007...some little hours are only left....
this is why i think everyone enjoy, celebrates on the 31st December... they try to use the most of it from the going year...
what will you do when you know someone or something which has stayed in your company for the last 365 days and is now going and you will never see it again?? will you stay cold? will you just stand and watch it move away?? no you will do something!! either you will try to entertain it, or enjoy it, to make it feel happy...you will wish to capture some last moments from it....
so this is what we do on a 31st December..... everybody enjoys..but does anyone think the way i am thinkig right now? does anyone feel sad to send the going year? does anyone feel attached to it as if to a lover and pains that they will NEVER meet again?...its hard to live it if one thinks that way!!
so just forget all this and capture all the best you can from this 2007 as it will never come again... enjoy it, LIVE IT..BE WITH IT, FEEL IT, SMELL IT, 2007!!2007!! ITS GOING!! GOING!!! WILL NOT COME BACK AGAIN...never! will never be back!!! say bye to it... its slipping away nobody has the power to retain it!!NOBODY!! ITS GOING...WILL FADE AWAY LEAVING ONLY MEMORIES!!!MEMORIES TO cherish...
2007 IS GOING...GOING...LEAVING...LEAVING FOR EVER AND EVER.... TO NEVER COME BACK AGAIN.
ADIEU 2007. FAREWELL 2007....
WELCOME 2008!! HOPE YOU WILL GIVE US THE OPPORTUNITY TO LOVE YOU THE WAY WE LOVED 2007 AND WILL MISS YOU SAME WAY WE ARE MISSING 2007 WHEN YOU WILL LEAVE AFTER A YEAR!
